These homes offer a serene setting dedicated to the special care of those diagnosed with dementia related illnesses as well as movement disorders such as Huntington's Disease and Parkinson's Disease. They offer a secure setting, with staff trained in the unique and individual needs of our residents. Our 24 hour awake staff is dedicated to creating a positive, stimulating, and safe home for our residents and their families. All rooms are private with half baths. Each facility is located within two miles of St. Luke's Hospitals and other medical facilities.

Our residents enjoy semiprivate or private rooms, home cooked meals in a warm family setting. Hawthorne's covered patio, large backyard and gardens provide hours of enjoyment.
